Spider Defense Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Spider Defense game ("the game") handles. The game is published by THE SLEEK COMPANY PTE. LTD. on Google Play and by Sleekdigital LLP on the App Store ("we", "us"). Contact: enquiry@sleekdigital.sg.

What the game stores on your phone

The game saves your progress on your own device: stars, unlocked worlds, coins, diamonds, boosts, settings, your daily missions and achievements, your best Endless runs and a saved run in progress. This data stays on your phone. We do not receive it. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.

What the game sends to us

Nothing, automatically. The game has no account of its own, and it does not send your progress, your device details or any identifier to servers of ours.

Bug reports. If you tap Report in the menu, the game prepares a short report (the game version, your phone model and system version, and the game's recent log lines). On Android it opens your phone's share screen, and on iPhone it copies the report so you can paste it. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. If you send it to us, we use it only to fix the problem, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Third-party services

Ads (Google AdMob). The game offers optional rewarded ads (for example, watch an ad for an extra run). Every ad request is marked as directed at children and under the age of consent, and ads are limited to a G rating, so ads are not personalised. The game does not read your advertising ID and does not ask to track you. To show ads, Google may collect your approximate location from your IP address, information about ad interactions, and diagnostics. Where the law requires it, the game may ask for consent first. Purchases (Google Play Billing and the App Store). Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple. We do not see or store your payment details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made.

Leaderboards (Google Play Games and Apple Game Center). If you are signed in to Google Play Games or Game Center, your profile name and your Endless scores are shared with that service and may be visible to other players, according to your settings there. The policies of Google and Apple apply to that data.

Children

The game is suitable for children and may be used by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The ads described above are handled as child-directed. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in a bug report, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date above.
